What you invented was a concept — not iTunes. To keep my response short I’m just saying that the patent system in the USA allows for the registering and defending of ideas for which you have no proper execution, or are way too general in their scope to ever fly in, say, Europe. This is the equivalent of you saying that “since you invented the record store concept”, all subsequent (or at least the wealthiest) record stores should pay you a ransom.
