Conrad Symber, Aeyon’s Senior Vice President of Growth & Strategy, stated, “The best transformational teams have a purpose, they are aligned on their strategic objectives, they are a high performing team, and have change management skills that are informed by an intimate knowledge of the business processes, culture, and stakeholders of the organization they are a part of. Aeyon’s collective team of talent brings all of that to the Navy and Marine Corps.”
More than ever, our Nation needs a candid partnership between government and industry where industry must understand the importance of our role in supporting the DON’s mission. Aeyon (Legacy Sehlke) has developed this trusted relationship with the DON over the past 11 years through our successful execution of both large-scale transformations and using-unit level support. We’ve aligned our workforce development, technical solutions, investments in innovation, and overall leadership direction to the DON’s Financial Management Strategic Goals. This focused alignment has allowed us to effectively understand and respond to the most complex challenges the DON has faced and will enable us to continue doing so for the challenges we will face throughout FIP IV. For example, we’ve built on our reputation of rolling up our sleeves and getting the mission accomplished on time and on budget by successfully migrating the USMC’s accounting system from SABRS to the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) in less than a year.
For more information, please contact Andrew Shinskie, Aeyon’s Vice President of DON Programs, at email@example.com.
The DAI transforms the Defense Agencies’ budget, finance, and accounting operations to achieve accurate and reliable financial information supporting financial accountability and effective and efficient decision-making supporting the warfighter. DAI is a critical Department of Defense (DoD) effort to modernize the Defense Agencies’ financial management capabilities.
