Aeyon Wins Prime Award to Enhance Financial Analysis and Audit Readiness through Automation and Innovation for the United States Marine Corps

Tysons, VA, November 10, 2023 — Aeyon, a provider of business system migration, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), audit remediation, program management, and management consulting services, is pleased to announce a prime award supporting the Execution Analysis Branch of the United States Marine Corps, Deputy Commandant for Programs and Resources, Budget Execution Division. The Execution Analysis Branch facilitates enterprise-level analysis of abnormal accounting conditions to inform focused budgetary decision-making. The Execution Analysis Branch serves as the Budget and Execution Division Director’s holistic analytical capability to identify and correct trends that transcend appropriation boundaries.

Within this scope of work, Aeyon will leverage Intelligent Automation and Data Analytics to improve data quality and reporting accuracy from trusted sources to boost efficiency and quickly address audit issues. Our team will enhance financial reporting accuracy through thorough data cleaning across all modules of the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI). Our efforts will include research, analysis, error correction, and prevention to resolve abnormal accounting conditions, including interface error resolution through the Unified Contract Action Tiger Team (UCATT), vendor invoice payment support, unmatched disbursement reconciliation, and dormant order validation assessments. Aeyon will also manage audit response, handle client requests, and prepare for auditor reviews. A primary focus will be getting ready for audits and managing risk through remediation and executing Correct Action Plans (CAP) to address any newly identified issues. Our team will help develop, implement, remediate, and load Key

Supporting Documentation (KSD) and CAP validation packages in the DON’s Deficiency Tracker Tool (DTT) to meet audit requirements.
