After a successful inaugural “Generation Zero Buddies” NFT launch that reached more than 30x the original value in August, we are excited to share full details about NEXUS World Land. Get ready as we are about to take you on an exciting journey to explain the benefits of owning a plot of Land and the Land sale process.

Each Land NFT has a unique corresponding geolocation. The more players participate in activities on your Land in the NEXUS World, the more rewards you earn. As a Landowner, you can boost player traffic by hosting exciting events, activities, and campaigns.

Amplify Your Earnings By Growing A Prosperous Hometown
Each Land NFT is a Hometown. As an owner of the Land NFT, you are the Mayor of the Hometown. Every Hometown has a population size limit. In order for a player to earn in the NEXUS World, they will need to enrol and become a Citizen of a Hometown. Players can apply to become Citizens for free. As the Mayor, you have full control to approve, deny or kick players out in your Hometown. When Citizens earn in the NEXUS World, a portion of their earnings will go to their Hometown’s Mayor as taxes. Imagine growing your Hometown’s population into the thousands to the point where you can earn every hour and day.

How To Buy NEXUS World Land?
There are only 100,000 plots of Freehold Land in NEXUS World. 50% will be available for pre-game launch, with the remaining half for the post-game launch. As we are here for the long-term, we have set aside half of the plots of Land for post-product launch for future users. However, Land will become more expensive later on.
As the NEXUS World is newly discovered, we will lead you on a pioneering expedition to explore city by city and claim your Land by planting Flags.
The first step toward getting your Land in the NEXUS World is to PURCHASE FLAGS, starting 8th October 2022.
As revealed in our first article on NEXUS World Land, there are four categories of Land rarity: Common, Rare, Epic, and Mythical. The higher the rarity, the more features it has, the larger the population size limit of the Hometown, and most importantly, the higher the earning potential. Each category will require the following number of Flags:
We will be conducting the sale in phases:
At any one point in time, you can only possess a maximum of 55 Flags in your bag. This will be a rolling cap — for example, if you use nine Flags to purchase a plot of Epic Land, you can purchase more Flags to hit the maximum of 55 again. All Flags purchased will be visible on your inventory page in the Affyn Marketplace. These Flags are not NFTs and cannot be transferred between players and listed or sold in OpenSea.

City Launch
From December 2022 onwards, we will be unveiling city by city in waves. You will be able to take your Flags, plant them and claim your Land. As location is one of the factors that could determine the value of a Land, we want to empower you to decide where a prime location is.

Process: Select your location, plant your Flags and claim your Land. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon claiming, your Land will be minted to become NFTs recognizable with artwork visible on OpenSea. They will also have their own unique corresponding geolocation in the real world and be identified by Cell ID, latitude, and longitude. Each NFT can eventually be utilized in the NEXUS World.
