Ksther Lim, nicknamed “transformer” due to her involvement in several transformations and setting up of departments, shares her thoughts on how people are a priority and key to Affyn’s success.
Who is Ksther Lim?
Ksther Lim, who has about 20 years of experience, enjoys re-imagining and revamping human resources and functions to support organizations’ transformation and other strategic outcomes. She spent her time in various sectors, including public, private and not-for-profit, cutting across both Tech and non-Tech organizations. She stands that people are key to the results of an organization, and HR, marketing, and technology must work hand-in-hand to achieve strategic and effective results.
Before joining Affyn, she was Vice President Human Resources in ComfortDelGro, a global conglomerate as well as one of the largest land transport companies in the world. Prior to that, she was the Head of Young Talent Office in GovTech Singapore, one of the top 10 employers with IT graduates.

As Chief People Officer, she leads Affyn’s growth and transformation through the lens of people — how we take care of Team Affyn, as well as how our Team Affyn see themselves and their relationship with the company. These include building and putting in place various HR functions and, more importantly, solutions that work for Affyn and our team. Her extensive experience enables her a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with a rapidly growing company such as Affyn.

Ksther also has a strong conviction that technology is a tool to make things better for humankind and society and more fun.
