At first, the notion of daily or weekly learning goals seemed TOO small — but I appreciate the intent. My hesitation would be that we fall into the agile trap of focusing on velocity rather than impact. Are we running small, manageable tests so we can add them to the “DONE” list, but avoiding the bigger, riskier opportunities to learn?
