Eat the delicious frog
Eat the frog is a technique where we set out 25 minutes to focus on our most important task and then take a break of 2 to 3 minutes.
I have selected a task and set the alarm for 25 minutes in phone and put a pen and paper besides working. After that 25 mins. I tick on the paper and repeated this task.
After continuously repeating this process and completing the task I want to share my experience.
The main hurdles i face were the notifications in my mobile of facebook and watsapp which really distracted me and other distraction was the ludo star game when i got break i start playing that and it longed for more than 5 mins. Another distraction was my thoughts and interruption of my family members
The steps I took to avoid this distraction was I logged out my facebook account and mute watsapp conversations and tried to control my thoughts and I learned a lot of patience through this task.
