Apple is almost ready to release the next generation iPhone SE 4, which will have a lot of functional and design upgrades. The device’s outward appearance and how it would vary substantially from the iPhone SE 3 have been the subject of several reports. According to the most recent rumors, Apple’s iPhone SE 4 would embrace an all-screen design and employ the revised chassis of the iPhone 14.

The iPhone SE 4 sports a single camera, USB-C, and other iPhone 14 features

MacRumors reports that the iPhone SE 4 will use the iPhone 14’s chassis, which is tailored to its needs. The paper indicates the project has a D59 classification and internal codename Ghost. After a decade, Apple’s design that debuted with the iPhone 6 will ultimately be abandoned with the iPhone SE 4. This time, the business will provide an all-screen layout like to that of the iPhone 14, which expands the range of options.

If the rumors are true, Apple may eventually switch the iPhone SE 4 from Touch ID to Face ID. Given that the iPhone SE 4 will have an altered iPhone 14 chassis, we may assume that, in contrast to the iPhone SE 3, the sides will be flat. According to the report, the present iPhone SE 4’s measurements exactly match those of the iPhone 14. The data supports previous speculation that Face ID, rather than Touch ID, will be included in the iPhone SE 4. This indicates that the Home button is finally being abandoned by the manufacturer.

In addition, the iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to weigh 165 grams, which is 6 grams less than the iPhone 14. This could result from the design’s use of a single camera lens. A 48MP single-camera lens will have a bespoke backplate installed by the firm. Like the iPhone SE 4, the iPhone SE 4 may potentially be offered in a midnight color option.

Even though the SE 4’s design is identical to that of the iPhone 14, it will ship with USB-C and the Action Button from the iPhone 15 Pro. The characteristics are comparable to the most recent product from Apple. It makes sense for Apple to simplify the whole iPhone lineup, especially because the Action button is also included in the base iPhone 16 models. The iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to be released by Apple in 2025. The first half of 2025 may see the release of the gadgets, as the second half is set aside for the release of the iPhone 17 series.

Apple has the last say, thus they are rumors. When the gadget is available, we’ll notify you. Apple is testing the new capacitive button for the 2025 iPhone SE 4, although its inclusion is uncertain
