It is not that equal in all directions: Earth orbits around Sun moving 66000 miles per hour, Sun orbits around the center of Milky Way some 483000 miles per hour, and the whole Milky Way moves relatively to the CMB with 1.3 million miles per hour, at least that were the values in 2007, maybe there are even more accurate now:
