Mastermind Groups: Successes, Flops & Tips for Massive Action
Lisa Guida

Thank you, Lisa for writing your take on the mastermind groups. I could not agree more with you. Two things strike me in your story. You are very right that trust needs to be the basis for such a group. I haven’t pinned yet what quality of altMBA builds so much trust in such a short time but the level of connection is incredible. In a way we have it easy in that respect, don’t we?:)

Another thing you wrote that got me thinking is the idea of an advisory board. My late mentor gave the exact same advice — not only from the perspective of my personal development as a manager but also as a tool for leveraging my points and ideas with the upper management. Such an advice seems to build on the saying that it is difficult to be a preacher in your own country;)

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
