Continuing my Trailhead journey…

Another day, another badge. Where did I land today?

I took the plunge and jumped into something a bit softer. You may have thought Trailhead was purely about learning the Salesforce platform inside out… Well think again, Trailhead now goes way beyond the platform into areas like personal development. You may have guessed by the badge, that the Trail must have something to do with leading or leadership. It’s called Great management, the Salesforce way. The Trail offers plenty of food for thought whether you are in management or not. It also offers up some material that people will be surprised that Salesforce is making available, along with some other useful links to great resources.

So it’s now possible to sell the Trailheads riches to your boss, but just be careful how you position this one, perhaps tell them first how great they are before suggesting they try to get this badge…Or take the Trail yourself to get the advantage.
