Age of Chains — Decentralizing our Galaxy

A Letter from the Past — 2017 AD
The people are living at a time that is seemingly driven by uncertainty. The millennia old fallacy that we could sustain not only a productive but also harmonic progression of the human species through the implementation of centralized control within our societies once again is being exposed by the emergent corruption and our system’s inability to sustainably scale.
In more early days of humankind, communities were living in rather decentralized arrangements that already back then had societal structures but were organized in relatively small sized tribal communities wherein the need of collaboration to achieve survival and sustainable development was very apparent. Nevertheless, throughout time, centralized structures driven by greed and corruption have creeped themselves within most of our societies and considering the amplified challenges that we are facing on this planet, solving the puzzle of how to successfully scale our species in a sustainable way inevitably must become an everlasting mainstream topic until being resolved. Fortunately, there is hope on the horizon. With the invention of the internet in the 1900s, we paved the way for breaking the chains that we have set upon ourselves within an evolutionary process.
The new millennium so far has taken an interesting course wherein not only the problems associated with our present organization as a species seem to further reveal themselves, but also where we are being given an upgrade concerning the tools we have to repair the structural flaws that have found implementation within the world we live in.
The Beginning of a Decentralized Future
In January 2009 AD, the grand wizard Satoshi Nakamoto casted a spell, so powerful that it has caused a shift of paradigms in many ways.
It sparked the creation of Bitcoin and its underlying technology, the Blockchain, a new form of storing information and transferring value in a person-to-person manner removing the need of a middle-man, facilitated through the existing force of the internet that enabled global communication among every network participant.
How Blockchain Technology changed Everything
While first being perceived only as a mystery by the greater majority of the world’s population due to its abstract design, it did not take long that due to its superiority as compared to the legacy world, more and more people were grasping the inherent potential within this new form of technology enabling us to bring the structural changes within our societies that had been needed in order to survive.
In the early years after Satoshi’s inception, only the most far-seeing individuals were able to grasp the possibilities granted by this new form of technology. The people gifted enough to do so were taught by their curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt. Only the most exceptional personas made alchemistic use of their technological understandings and employed blockchain technology to solve the most relevant problems that have had underpinned our surrounding by setting birth to what throughout time turned out to be creatures so powerful and mighty that even their creators only barely could have imagined the future significance of their newly-created children.
Predestined for failure, our legacy world with its inconsistent structures driven by centralized corruption finally started to collapse within themself whereas the newly created entities found their ecological niches, tied together the wounds caused by the preceding system and emerged from the chaos that had set forth itself.
How we relearned to live in Peaceful Collaboration
Guarded by their distributed communities, the blockchain based entities were able to persist the unvailing attacks of the centralized legacy world and thrived to further successfully integrate themselves throughout our civilization.
With the old structures torn apart, the values connected to the emerging entities were able to take hold and flourish within the newly forming organization of the human species. With their natural emphasis being oriented towards a collaborative environment driven by consensus, we quickly were experiencing the benefits that were being brought to us by these creatures.
By experiencing this new form of technology in more and more aspects of our life, we started seeing and understanding the sheer possibilities and advantages that were being given to us as opposed to the monolithic structures that previously strived to reign us.
With further adoption came the awareness that in order to survive and progress as a species within the grand scheme of things, we had to reorganize our long oppressed habits and facilitated through these newly appearing consensus driven networks, we found our way back to an environment that was driven by collaboration rather than division, that created trust where there ruled distrust over millennia and that enforced a way of life geared towards harmony and peace rather than war.
The Exploration of Space
The peaceful, collaborative form of living together resulted in an exponential increase of our ability to analyze, manage and create knowledge of all forms. It was not long that our natural habit to explore the unknown leveraged the newly developed infrastructures to spread out across our solar system and beyond in order to further connect with the universal spirit that has found incarnation within the materialistic worlds of our galaxy.
Many of the before unknown species that we ecountered on our galactic expedition often were grateful for the exchange of knowledge that we initiated with them as we all learned so much through it about the universe we live in. Those that were not keen on collaborating had their reasons and we left them in peace with an invitation to come back at us once they were looking to collaborate.
An Intergalactic Encounter
At our present time, billions of years after Satoshi’s inception, many things have changed and evolution progressed. We have reached a galaxy-wide understanding that a peaceful living together based on collaboration is the path to happiness.
The collaborative driven decentralized networks and communities, due to their adaptive and harmonic design, have been gradually expanding across our galaxy and found implementation in many ways within an immense diversity of planets and celestial bodies.
This led to further strengthening the individual Chains that up until today have developed their own spirit manifesting itself in various forms, bearing their individual values to ensure a harmonic progression of their environment.
The Grand Stage: Collision of Intergalactic Cultures
We are getting prepared for the next event that will have major influence on our surrounding. Our galaxy is about to collide with our intergalactic neighbor, the Andromeda galaxy, and our observations have shown us that the galactic environment there is driven by an evolutionary concept that opposes the values that we have developed, manifested and guarded for so long.
It seems that our neighboring galaxy has undergone an evolutionary process that has led to an ultimate centralization wherein one dictator is ruling across the whole galaxy, suppressing any species and territorial environment he can get ahold of. We are foreseeing that his desire to reign will make him try to claim ownership of the galactic environment that we peacefully have inhabited throughout eons, pursuing his megalomaniac goal of conquering the entire universe.
Following our core principles, we are very open for peaceful collaboration with our neighboring galaxy but will under no circumstances tolerate any behaviour that threatens the harmonic environment we live in. We are well prepared to defend our heritage at all costs and are fully aware of the new Age that is approaching us, now leading to a clash of intergalactic cultures that could not be more different.
