Reading 100+ Books a Year to “Upgrade” Yourself is a Complete Waste of Time

I really like the underlying message of this article.

I feel like the most important aspect of reading for practicality is actively applying the things you’ve read to your own life and seeing if they work, otherwise what’s the point of reading them?

Another thing: Knowing when to stop reading a book (I tend to finish books once I get started, regardless of whether I like them or not) and knowing how to prioritize what’s in your backlog (your unread library) are things that I struggle with and am always trying to improve on.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
