So far, the main problem I have with my Medium feed is that it is treating a Recommend as a Reblog and I think most users Recommending think of it as a Fav.

On the positive side, that awkwardness shows that the feed energizes their network. I’m seeing all kinds of stuff on the site I’d never seen before. On the negative side, users may need to rebuild their follow graphs and users may need to relearn the feature set to account for the change.
