How to navigate weather and change!

So, Melbourne has cold weather hot weather and everything in between. As we slide into winter cold temperatures are increasing. My cheap yet state of the art apartment looks amazing but it’s an oven in summer a freezer in winter. This is because the genius who designed it didn’t factor insulation. I have been coughing for weeks. Mostly in fact all because of a flu vaccine. Not for COVID but just the usual yearly virus. Sigh…

So, I go to bed warm throw off blankets. Wake in the middle of the night so cold I sometimes take a shower to warm up.

Last night after 20mins of yoga Nidra I was still sleepless. A walk into kitchen. What about Idli (dal rice cake fermented and delicious)? Have mixture. Will microwave. Now the little sachet of coconut chutney. Delicious.

Yes, it is an act of revolution to go against body conscious people, chaos, fake news and lies. To rise above, remember and link to a light brighter than a thousand suns. Remember myself as a being of light all the while forgiving others forgiving knowing everything even these early morning activities are a part of being fallible and human.
