I love this post. I tend to enter illumination phase when I’m running. And the main secret with the creative process is you have to repeat it over and over and over again because quantity trumps quality when it comes to creative work. Most people I know don’t send their work out to the world because they’re afraid it’s not perfect, when perfection is just an illusive idea.
