There likely won’t be any real speed benefit to this.

Ok, clarification of speed gains :)

The csx will compile when the host starts (aka cold start). Precompiled functions will skip this, and thus execute faster at this point. Subsequent runs take the same amount of time.

If you keep it hot you’re not really going to notice that much difference in other words. But if you frequently go cold precompiled will be more efficient in the long run.
