Who Motivated Abdul Sattar Edhi?

Everyone know about Abdul Sattar Edhi, one of the great personality and the richest poor man of the world, but anyone of you ever thought about why Mr Edhi was so passionated , motivated and never hesitated to help needy people. He always instigated wealthy people to comfort poors.

In my blog, i really want to talk about his mother, Ghurba Edhi. She was very quiet, gentle, sensitive and social women. She used to give food, clothes to needy people as well as organized and help with child birth, and encouraged women to work from home so that they became self-reliant. She associated abdul sattar edhi in her social work and he was the one who distributed all the food and clothes amongst the needy. She instilled habit of “Giving” in him, she gave him two paisas (Money) every morning “ one to give someone poor and one for himself”.

From all his childhood activities we can conclude that it was his mother who keeps him motivated toward a goal and that goal was to do something for the poor community. He did all of this not to get fame but to follow the path of his mother.

There is a famous quote

“ Behind every successful person there is a women”

And in Mr Abdul Sattar Edhi case it was his mother.
