A Gift Overdue
Giving gifts is frequently a symbol of the affection and gratitude we feel for others, spreading joy and enhancing our own lives. Each individual plays a significant role in our lives, yet certain individuals hold a special place close to our hearts. The truly special ones inspire you to be the best version of yourself, without altering your core identity, simply by being present in your life — my friend is one such person.
In the dawn of the day I am writing this gratitude epistle to you my mentor. I decided to write a letter to my friend thanking him for all the time he has been there for me. “Thank you” may be a little word but means a lot in friendship. The bond becomes stronger and everlasting.
Writing a letter to a close friend was something totally new for me. It felt a bit overwhelming to put all my feelings and thoughts on paper. This was the first time I expressed what I had in my heart through writing.
