Colombia is no longer just a place of poverty, violence, and notorious drug lords.

The newly-born city is full of vigor and vitality, with stylish luxury accommodation, colorful urban colors, and rich natural landscapes, intertwined with incomparable magical charm.

Just like I don’t know if I want to talk about time in Colombia first, the attractive coffee-growing area combines Switzerland, Derbyshire, England, and has a part of the uniqueness of the Andes, including the Cloud Forest (Cloud Forest) and A rural town with vibrant colors; or the once infamous, but now thriving, thriving and creatively inspiring city of Medellín.

Here, there are 370 types of edible fruit, most of which seem eerily drawn from the world of Harry Potter.

At the Bazurto market in Cartagena, thanks to the recommendation of my guide Kristy, I tasted mango-like tomatoes, pear-like figs, citrus-like limes, and grenade-shaped passion fruit, which local children love to grab Hitting each other’s heads to eat; they never seem to get tired of it.

I love visiting cloud forests, a special natural phenomenon in the Andes where clouds and mist are so tall that they’re so tall it’s like a tropical version of Jack and the Pea, with the tops disappearing into the forest-generated clouds.

I also thoroughly enjoyed a stop in the Tatacoa Desert with the red sand and candelabra cacti.

But I wasn’t able to visit the Amazonian region or the Los Llanos savannah, home to hat-toting, lasso-wielding cowboys and other ethnic minorities.

Moreover, there are many special places to stay here, such as the Casa San Agustín Hotel in Cartagena, which was transformed from three colonial buildings with a swimming pool, located in a damaged but chic garden; or coffee The country’s Hacienda Buenavista Hotel, true to its name, has spectacular views down the valley, and sometimes this already magnificent view can be even more beautiful.

Just like the neon and rainbow I saw during my stay, it was quite attractive and hard to take my eyes off, just like Colombia.
