Recent advances in the negotiations for Mohamed Salah, the star of the Liverpool team and an Egyptian international, to join the Saudi club Al-Ittihad Jeddah during the current summer transfer window were reported in Saudi press reports.

The prerequisite for Mohamed Salah’s relocation to Saudi Arabia

And the Saudi Al-Midan newspaper confirmed, in a report published today, Thursday, that the Colombian Rami Abbas, Mohamed Salah’s agent, stipulated that the Al-Ittihad administration stipulated that the Egyptian star be the most expensive in the Saudi League’s history, and that he receives privileges that are greater than what Neymar, who recently joined the ranks of Al-Hilal, obtained.

The report claims that Liverpool’s stance has changed as a result of the federation management accepting all of the terms of the English club and Mohamed Salah in order to finalize the transaction.

And the reports claimed that in order for Liverpool to approve Mohamed Salah’s departure this summer, which was authorized by the Brigadier’s officials, Al-Ittihad club would have to pay him a sum of money in excess of the value of the player’s termination of his contract with the club.

This requirement, which was made known by the Saudi Al-Midan newspaper, is relevant in light of the sums historically paid by Saudi clubs to sign foreign players, beginning with the current summer Mercato, where Salah is requesting to surpass all previous transfers in Saudi football history.

There was an unexpected development about Salah’s transfer to Al-Ittihad Jeddah.

In the same vein, the Saudi Al-Riyadiah daily revealed that opinions have come to an understanding about the transfer of Egyptian international Mohamed Salah to the Roshen Saudi Professional League between Liverpool Football Club and its equivalent, Al-Ittihad.

According to the Saudi publication, Liverpool first blocked Salah’s transfer, but after receiving a significant financial offer, Salah came back and agreed to preliminary talks.
