Get completely free ICONOMI tokens — ICONOMI Bounties explained
If you have been following ICONOMI from the start and know its potential but you are still hesitant to put your money into it or even if you have invested some amount of money in this crowdsale — still it is a good idea to have your share of some free ICN tokens as well.
I have explained in my previous posts that there will be 100 million ICN tokens in total and 2 millions from these are reserved for bounties. You can grab you share of ICN bounties by simple things like FB likes, Twitter retweets, Bitcointalk.org forum signature, translating ICONOMI announcement thread, and writing a blog like this one.

I’m just going to share my opinions with you like whether it is worth your time and tips to get most out of this bounty campaign.
1.Bitcointalk.org signature campaign
There are 319 participants at the time of writing this post and 600,000 ICN are reserved for this campaign. ICONOMI team have allocated highest amount of bounty tokens for the signature campaign and they were very wise to do so. There is a lot of interest about ICONOMI at Bitcointalk forum and since a lot of members are participating in this signature campaign so members would be receiving smaller share at the end(less than I expected 2 weeks back when there were only 150 participants) but still I think it is gonna be better than all other signature campaigns at bitcointalk.org at this moment. After all 600,000 ICN is going to worth at least $36000 according to our conservative estimate that 1 ICN is $0.06 at the end of ICO sale. Right now it’s $0.049 i.e total investments divided by 10 million $487277/100000000.
If you have a bitcointalk.org account which is ranked at least Jr. member or above, enter right now as the more days you are in this campaign, the more ICN tokens you are going to receive. Just remember these minimum activity requirements set by ICONOMI team:
- Minimum 10 posts every week.
- At least one post every day to get that day counted.
So you can’t just post 10 posts in a single day and then post nothing next 6 days thinking that you’ll be paid for whole week. Guess what you’ll be not. So be careful.
This second requirement I discovered when I was exploring through ICONOMI official thread at Bitcointalk. It was not mentioned in bounties page. If ICONOMI team think I’m mistaken then please inform me.
If you don’t have a Bitcointalk.org account then there is not much you can do about this campaign. You can do your efforts to claim a share in remaining 14,00,000 ICN bounties.

2. Translations campaign
400,000 ICN are reserved for translations of ICONOMI’s official announcement thread at Bitcointalk. Currently, 34 translations are already submitted and I think you are late for this campaign as it’s already translated into all major languages.
Also I would like to point out that ICONOMI administration has been a little too generous in this translations campaign. If there are atotal 40 members to claim this 400,000 ICN then each one would get ~10,000 ICN = $600 approx. That’s a lot for 1–2 hours of job. They would’ve given it more thought.
3. Writing blogs
This one is my favorite. 300,000 ICN are going to be distributed among blog writers writing about ICONOMI. You can post your blog anywhere on the internet like Blogger or Steemit etc. I choose Medium.com, as I like it’s ease of use. The requirements for the blog posts are pretty basic. Your blog should be at least 1000 characters without spaces, should include at least 2 ICONOMI.NET links, and should be unique. You can use http://wordcounttools.com
There are currently 65 accepted blogs as of now. So, if we estimate that there are a total of 150 accepted blogs at the end of ICO then 300,000/150=2000 ICN for each blog post = $120 per blog post(as we have assumed 1 ICN=$0.06 at the end of ICO). This is a very conservative estimate and I believe it’s gonna be more. Isn’t it a great pay back for a very small blog post? And good thing is that one person can write more than one blogs. It’s my fourth one.
Just make sure you don’t copy/paste anything in your blog and try to write everything from scratch. Thousand characters isn’t a lot, you should be fine.
I always try to write 500+ words(~2500 characters/post) to be extra careful my post isn’t rejected but even if you write a brief but meaningful and unique blog, you should be fine.

I think I quoted some text from ICONOMI’s thread, which they didn’t like. They prefer to see a 100% unique writing.
4. Facebook/Twitter Campaigns
Both Facebook and Twitter campaigns have 300,000 ICN each reserved for them. You just have to Follow/Like ICONOMI profiles on these social networks and then you will earn for every retweet in case of Twitter and every like/comment/share of ICONOMI’s posts in case of Facebook. You can even connect your Twitter/Facebook accounts on your ico.iconomi.net account and get a real time estimate on how much ICN you are going to receive for your activity.
There have been many cases of spam/abuse especially in case of Twitter campaign. Many members were reportedly using fake Twitter accounts and bulk retweeting using bots. ICONOMI team has resolved to deal harshly with spammers.
I’d recommend that you only retweet maximum 2–3 tweets/hour and 8–10/day. Only RT those tweets which have valuable information for your followers. And never try to get fake followers for your Twitter account. Else you’ll be caught and you won’t be receiving any bounty for this campaign.
Conclusion: Overall, I would say that ICONOMI team has setup a very balanced and thoughtful giveaway. Except for translations bounty which is a little off mark, everything else seems perfect. Also they have shown resolve to deal harshly with abusers/cheaters.
