Greatness is not to escape into the forests or to run into the mountains which promised enlightenment. It is to distant oneself from all that goes against affirming life. The genius stays back here, among humans, rebelling against conformity. The wisdom lies in breaking out of dormancy and swiftly maneuvering up the hierarchy, psychological first and then social, to a position of intellectual dominance; to rise to a state of influence where an opinion is reflected upon the world as an assertion, and to reach all this authority with time left in life to exercise the power that is earned — the ability to tie the passions with goals, goals with mission and mission with sheer determination to tilt the world.
So is there anyone shining like a star, burning light years ahead of me whose light is yet to hit my retina?
