Tony Robbins: Do What’s Hard When No One’s Looking
Tony Robbins

Well said Tony. For me what really resonated was that if you put on a facade it isn’t going to change your personal beliefs about what type of person you are. If you practice day in and out the actions of who you want to be it becomes a self perpetuating cycle. Consistency being key and if you only put the foot on the gas when people are watching it’s easy to fall back into undesirable habits, you’ll have to pay the mental tax to decide what you should do instead of it being automatic.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
