THE COLOUR IS PURPLE

There is just something about the colour purple that has always had my heart. Knowing how much I fancy the colour, rest assured that if I were to judge a crime committed by “purple,” I surely would give a biassed verdict.
In many cultures and literatures, purple is associated with wealth, love, wisdom, femininity, power, and ambition; some also link it to spirituality. It’s no surprise that the colour is one of the colours for International Women’s Day.

Women are delicate and strong, able to push through and overcome any obstacle with grace and finesse. Celebrating our uniqueness for a day isn’t enough; instead, we all should celebrate our uniqueness and support our diversity every day. Women have to support each other genuinely with love and grace, expelling all forms of hostility.

Sis you are doing great, you are where you need to be. Enjoy every moment and bask in your purpleness.
