The Savior-child is born!
A Christmas message
“Nevertheless, that time of darkness and despair will not go on forever."
Several years ago, a couple had a Child
A Child whose light shone so bright that darkness took off in flight
A Child who the celestial and heavenly bodies paid obeisance to; the whole world had no option but to stand still at the birth of such immense illustriousness
A Child who raised an uproar that a King in all his might shook to the marrow with fear
This king hired assassins to claim the life of this innocent Infant
But this Child was already exuding power so prominent that the hired assassins instantly transformed to wise men to gift a "mere Child", gifts of, Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh
They showered Him with costly gifts
Born in not one of the best conditions but this Child, His greatness surpassed the born and unborn
“A child is born; a son is given”
A Child who at an age so tender could define His left from his right
A Child who grew and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom and the grace of God rested upon Him mightily
A Savior-child
A Child whose wisdom surpassed His elders; He possessed excellent qualities in plethora.
He sat with His elders and was able to smoothly engage in meaningful and productive conversations
A Wonder-child
He is Emmanuel, King of all Kings, the One who bled so that my sins would be washed away, the origin of love, the One who is abounding in mercy, the One who has nothing to do with failure for He can never fail, the One whose glory words cannot do justice to, the One in whom no iota of unrighteousness can be found - the One who really is
He is Jesus, My Savior, the Savior.

I wish that this season shall be a season of triumph for you
A season stocked up with unceasing laughter
But I want to crave your indulgence to not limit this season to a mere feast or occasion marked with family, friends and loved ones
It is deeper than the mundane culture of adorning yourself with the best outfits
There is more to it than making the perfect snaps, taking pictures at the right angles and uploading them on the gram
It is the birth of our Savior
It is the birth of glad tidings; the birth of joy to the joyless world; the birth of hope to the incapable world
A season when you should reminisce on the heartfelt gift God gave to us, the Savior-child
A season when it is impressed in your hearts afresh that He is all there is (I’d never get tired of saying this)
A season when you not just remember but give out in whatever way you can
