I totally agree with this one. We have a new junior developer in our team and since none of us are suited to be a mentor, what we are doing is a round-robin mentorship (where each week, one of us is assigned the task of such role). And still, at the end, we think it is not enough especially when the junior developer does not even have a good grasp of the basic stuffs.
