Whilst I think your points stand strongly for personal and retail use of oil — you haven’t really looked at the large users of oil; bulk fuel users such as construction, mining, transport and logistics companies. The infrastructure hasn’t quite caught up yet for these large vehicles to use electric technology, and these industries account for a large percentage of oil use.
You may find that your predictions are correct for retail use, and for everyday people. However, I think the timeline for bulk fuel users is likely to be longer as infrastructure support catches up with the technology.
