With more than 20 years’ experience in the digital marketing space, I've worked as a magazine Copyeditor and Feature Writer, SEO & UX Copywriter, Content Marketing Manager, Designer and Front-end Web Developer.

My extensive client list includes some of the most prominent SEO agencies in North America, as well as a variety of Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and large eCommerce sites. I have acted as an Independent Consultant for B2B, B2C and D2C companies, offering expert advice on content strategy, social media, email marketing, organic SEO, conversion optimization and user experience design.

I take a data-driven approach to SEO and conversion optimization, carefully blending art and science to deliver a strong digital presence and positive user experience.

I have strong CMS skills and experience with several platforms including WordPress, Magento, Shopify and Drupal. I’ve worked with various CRMs including HighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Nimble, and Insightly, and I’m comfortable working in PM platforms such as Jira, Wrike, Monday.com, Asana and LiquidPlanner. I’m also proficient in HTML and CSS.

As an agency owner, I created all internal processes, and inbound and outbound marketing materials, in addition to designing and developing the entire website. I recruited and managed remote teams of more than 50 Writers, Editors and Search Marketing Specialists spanning three continents, and also served as webmaster, editor, project manager, and sales and client relations manager.

As a writer, communication and creativity are among my greatest strengths, rivalled only by my healthy obsession with organization, team building and strategic content management.
