In this article, we’ll be taking a closer look at the staff members behind IntoTheVerse. From Marketers and Community Managers to Designers, Writers, and Developers, each person on the team plays a vital role in bringing our metaverse and games to life.

Through profiles, we’ll explore the unique perspectives and experiences that each staff member brings to the table. We’ll learn about their backgrounds, their inspirations, and their contributions to IntoTheVerse.

Leveling Up: Meet the Marketing Team at IntoTheVerse

Our Growth and Marketing Lead, Neha Roy, and our Strategic Lead, Arhit Das are both responsible for driving growth and revenue through various marketing channels. The dynamic duo works together to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify new opportunities for growth, create and execute marketing campaigns, and measure and analyze their impact.

We wanted to delve deeper into their backgrounds, motivation, and long-term goals, and explore some of the challenges and opportunities for the marketing team at IntoTheVerse.

What is your role on the team, and how would you describe your responsibilities?

Arhit: My responsibility as the Strategic Lead for IntoTheVerse is to create efficient marketing plans to raise awareness of our brand and promote growth. I research target markets, identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategies that appeal to consumers. To guarantee consistent branding and messaging, I work with outside partners and manage our social media presence. My performance is ultimately determined by how our marketing initiatives affect the expansion and achievement of our project.

Arhit Das, Strategic Lead

What are the key qualities needed to be a Marketing Lead?

Neha: Marketing Leads have multiple layers to perform. You need to strategize and execute marketing plans that align with business goals. Leveraging market trends and user insights to stay ahead of the competition is also imperative.

You also need to lead, motivate, and guide your team to peak performance, with effective communication, delegation, and decision-making skills that create captivating marketing campaigns which capture the hearts and minds of your target audience, to ensure you set your brand apart from the rest.

You need to embrace change and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape, adapting to shifting user behaviors, market trends, and technological advancements. You can do this by cultivating strong relationships with customers, influencers, media, and industry partners, and building a network of invaluable connections that drive marketing success.

Communication is also important and you need to articulate marketing strategies, plans, and results with clarity and impact, captivating audiences with compelling communication that leaves a lasting impression.

What are some of the most important skills or qualities you bring to the team?

Arhit: As a Strategic Lead, I bring a diverse set of skills and qualities to the team. These include strong analytical skills, creativity, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. I am skilled at analyzing data and identifying trends, which enables me to make data-driven decisions that optimize our marketing strategies. Additionally, my social presence, creativity, and strategic thinking allow me to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. My communication skills enable me to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members, while my ability to work well with others enables me to build strong working relationships and achieve team goals.

What do you think sets this team apart from others you’ve worked on, and how has the team evolved since you joined?

Neha: This team is so diverse, everyone takes ownership of the work and growth of the project. Everyone is humble, passionate, and has a clear goal for their role. The team is incredibly positive and our ability to work together is amazing. It's refreshing, especially after working with teams, who were great, but always needed a manager to guide them. Micromanagement is a killer. And that is what sets the team apart. The team has evolved to be stronger and more powerful with their perseverance and passion for one goal, making IntoTheVerse a success.

Neha Roy, Growth & Marketing Lead

What advice would you give to someone who’s just starting out in this field or on this team?

Arhit: My advice for people starting off in this industry or in this team would be, to keep an open mind, foster an interest to learn, and also to gain knowledge through social media, by networking and getting in touch with the right people because they can lead then where they are supposed to be and it also opens up new opportunities for them; and enables them to keep an eye on the latest trends.

What is the best piece of advice you have received in your career?

Neha: The best advice I have received so far is to never set a limit to knowledge. Every industry is evolving each day. Always be humble and enjoy the learning the day has to offer. More knowledge is equal to more success. And another piece of advice that I have learned from life is to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. This means, thinking out of the box, don’t set a limit for yourself, and pushing yourself out of your comfort and safe zone to be successful.

IntoTheVerse’s Community Team: Bringing People Together, One Interaction at a Time

Our Community Lead, Elisha Precious, is responsible for building and managing a strong, engaged community around IntoTheVerse’s metaverse and upcoming game. He is a skilled communicator and a driving force in engaging and inspiring our community. He also works closely with both the Development and Marketing team to gather feedback and ensure that the community’s needs are met.

How did you get started in this field, and what led you to join this team?

Elisha: I saw IntoTheVerse in the CELO ecosystem, so after a random discussion with Elio, one of the Co-Founders, I jumped on a call to understand what they were building as I was writing a weekly exposure on developing projects. The project seemed really cool, and I was asked if I could join the team to help expand IntoTheVerse, and that was it! That was the beginning of my amazing journey with IntoTheVerse.

What is your role on the team, and how would you describe your responsibilities?

Elisha: I am the IntoTheVerse Community Lead, and I help to grow, engage and moderate the community as we aim towards building a gaming and metaverse world. Gaming is huge, and we are tapping into the industry, by targeting those who are interested in having fun while playing games, and earning on the side. We also want people to realize the opportunities that will be available in the metaverse, and we are ready to harness that power.

Elisha Precious, Community Lead

What advice would you give to someone who’s just starting out in this field or on this team?

Elisha: I would advise anyone looking to start as a Community Lead to start by building a relationship with the community and consistently look for ways to help the community grow. My advice for anyone that has the opportunity to join our team or Web3 would be to always believe in themselves and their ability to be successful.

What makes IntoTheVerse’s community different?

Our strength lies in my relationship with my community members. I try to ensure everyone feels valued and part of the community, and I also try to inspire them and give them the motivation to believe in what we are building.

The Power of Creativity, where ideas and imagination meet: Get to Know IntoTheVerse’s Creative Team.

Our creative team is responsible for overseeing the development of creative concepts and ideas, worldbuilding, and bringing these ideas to fruition. Our Creative Lead, Aimee Gilmore, is responsible for driving the narrative of the game and bringing the world to life.

What is your role on the team, and how would you describe your responsibilities?

Aimee: I am the Creative Writer at IntoTheVerse. I focus on creating the characters, worldbuilding, and writing the game narrative, as well as writing IntoTheVerse articles. What I love about working in the Creative Team at IntoTheVerse is the fact that Elio Jordan Lopes and Ramesh Sachan give you the creative freedom to really hone in on and explore what is inspiring you in the narrative. We then all come together for our Creative Meets and refine the details so that the writing, design, and development ideas are all in alignment with our vision for the game.

What are the key qualities needed to be a Creative Lead?

Aimee: As the Creative Writer I am responsible for overseeing the narrative development of the game.

One of the key skills needed is being able to think creatively. I think everyone needs to find their own creative niche to get in the zone. I get inspired by the world around me, through music and meditation, and find that my creativity flows when I use old-school methods, such as writing or drawing in my notebook and then transferring these ideas onto Milanote for the Design and Development Team.

I also think it is imperative to be open-minded and willing to learn from others as a Creative Lead. What I love about IntoTheVerse is that it fosters an environment where all ideas are welcomed and considered.

I also think it's important to be a team player and to listen to feedback from both the Design and Development Team and what parameters they are working within, for example, it is vital to align the story to work within the game mechanics.

Aimee Gilmore

What do you think sets this team apart from others you’ve worked on, and how has the team evolved since you joined?

Aimee: We are incredibly lucky at IntoTheVerse to have such a talented team. I think our team stands out because of everyone’s remarkable level of commitment to their work and willingness to collaborate. Our team members are always willing to lend a helping hand and support each other. We all foster a positive environment by celebrating each win no matter how small. We all also strive to learn from each other and this helps us to understand, empathize and work together as a cohesive unit.

What is the best piece of advice you have received in your career?

Aimee: The best piece of advice I have received in my career is to always be open to learning from others and also there is no such thing as failure. Failure is simply a chance to learn and grow. I always think it is just the Universe redirecting you toward something even greater and I think the most important thing I’ve realized is that if you don’t try or take the leap, you’ll never know what you could have achieved.
