Communication through technology… should be easy, right?

We communicate every single day, in different ways, some by mouth, some by hand gestures and some just by the look you give or a facial expression. But the way we communicate is quickly changing, its now through a tweet or a notification that we find out new things about each other, sure this can be an effective way of communicating faster and more efficiently, but are we slowly loosing key personal interactions with other.

Communication can be easy, we feel or understand a persons feelings when we are talking face to face with them. we see their facial expressions their change of tone and their hand movements or actions. Yet this is slowly changing now we don’t know how people are really feeling, can we see their facial expressions through a tweet, can we truly understand what their emotions are though a Facebook post.

The world is changing and so is how we communicate on a daily basis. this new technological way is changing this, but how do we know if we are communicating through technology correctly? How do we know that we are getting the correct message across in the right way?

A lot of people struggle with this concept. How to make a sarcastic comment sound sarcastic? This is a social norm that a lot of older people have had to quickly adapt to. This world of constantly changing technology is making sure that everyone is constantly up to date with the latest addition or craze.

As these technology starts to change so do we in the way we communicate. Making sure we communicate in a safe and ethical manner is key in order to continue in these technological advancements. Thus resulting in communicating through technology correctly.
