Jane, I am very similar to you – feeling better for reading this! Even knowing I have a dentist appointment in the afternoon throws me off sometimes on a bad day – but then I have to remember to enjoy the break if I MUST go.
Also, I found deleting Instagram off my phone helps for concentration.
Good to hear you set aside the weekends, I do the same – I find at least having a structure that way means I’m more disciplined during the week.
