Who is optimist and what are characteristics of an optimist.

Optimist:

The person who expect good things to happen on coming days and who is able to see on a bright sight instead of stuck to the negativity,the person whose expectations are more good than that of bad things for the future,the person who always try to seak opportunity in a difficulty is an optimist.

Traits of an optimist:

Happy:

The optimistic person smile mostly as it has a hope to be good for everything.They don’t seem in a depressed state.They have a faith Allah doesn’t burden a soul beyond it’s power.Therefore, they remain in a happier state.

Grateful:

The person who is optimist must has an attitude of gratitude.He always thankful to Allah and others.He praise for everything.

Better health:

The optimistic person relish better health.As optimism is a positive thinking therefore there are lower chances to feeling depressed or stuck negative thoughts,so also less chances to physically ill.

Motivated :

The optimistic person is more active in their academic or other activities than others .The optimist has a higher motivation to pursue or achieve their goals.

Hopeful:

As hope is a foundation of optimistic people.The optimistic person is more hopeful and also hope for most of the good things rather than of the irrational beliefs.

Mentally strong:

The optimistic persons are mentally strong as they are less fearful or less stressed about their future and have a positive energy to cope any situation.
