A thoughtful, well-researched and pointed criticism of the current gridlock administered by Republican leadership to “de-claw” the Obama Administration.

The reality is this: yes, Republicans have every right to oppose any candidate(s) they feel aren’t suitable for the job as nominated by the President. Their obligation is clear however: have the hearings, and pursue a discourse aimed at legitimately vetting and confirming (or not) each candidate in a timely manner.
