The Interested Challenge
Every human beings wants others to listen to them, to show interest in ourselves rather than listening to others. Human being is also known as social animals who wants to interact with others all the time. But they also wants others to be interested in them. Everyone wants to share their own stories, their own self with others. “I” is the most frequent word we used in our daily routine life. We usually talk more than what we listen.

If we make it our TO DO List than we can have better learning and understanding of the person and our surroundings.

Being an introvert person it was not very easy for me to interact with the people around me. This interesting challenge was a real challenge for me. When I talked to my friends and siblings, they were actually shocked and surprised that what happened to me that I am asking about them. It was an ice breaking experience for me and very pleasant one.

Yes now I do believe on this thing, that listening is important for learning as well. It is a fact if we want others to take interest in us; we should first show interest in others. Listening is the first step, while we start interacting with others. We should have patience to listen to others and show our genuine interest in others rather than talking about ourselves every time.
Listened to what actually is happening in their lives and motivates them was really a pleasant experience for me. All have many plans, dreams and goals like me, but they are not sure from where to start, to whom give preference. Some are very passionate and sure about their goals but failed to start. One cannot achieve their plans without proper planning. If you are not focused than you cannot achieve your dreams.
History also shows that people oriented leaders always achieve success and hearts of the people because they give respect and attention to the people and people in return help them in achieving their goals. People do not feel burden while follow these type of leaders but in fact feel privileged. As in the reading there are examples of Roosevelt and Napoléon, how much they love and care about the people around them. If the leaders failed to achieve the goal people still love them because of the bonding which is created by the leaders between each other.

This is an important message which I learned after this interesting challenge!
