Getting up early is very good for both productivity and also for health purpose. Thus far, you can tick of your to-do list and also have a healthy and happy day because you become more active and you are able to function more as you get used to the idea of getting up early in the morning. For me when I wake up early I am able to do a lot of work during the day and sleep well during the night.
