Menopause is the most natural thing that every woman experiences after a certain age in her life. It can occur between the ages of 42 and 56 but usually occurs when a women in almost 51. Only a few hundred to a few thousand of the 1 to 2 million eggs a female is born with may remain. During this period the ovaries stop producing eggs and level of estrogen declines. It is the natural cessation of ovarian function and menstruation. The symptoms of premature menopause are often the same as those experienced by women undergoing natural menopause.

It has been seen on analysis that although every woman eventually reaches menopause, the process and the timing varies. For some it is sudden whereas others go through years of hormonal ups and downs before they reach menopause.

So, Every woman has her own script!
