I’m a Japanese engineer. In Japan, many people want to learn machine learning and artificial intelligence but Japanese artificial intelligence resources are far less than English. So, we learn machine learning in English.

Through learning, I noticed that there are a lot of resources to learn machine learning but I cannot tell from which one is more Important than others. I guess many beginners of machine learning have same problem. For example, there are many questions about learning resources in Quora.

We don’t know learn materials in any order. So I decided to make an open source guide for beginners who have difficulty learning material selection.

I want the beginners to learn machine learning systematically. If I make a perfect summery of machine learning, it’s ideally good. But, I’m not be able to do that.

So, can you help me for the beginners of machine learning?
