Hello friends,
The technology grows every day and with this we find weekly news about this big world where we are increasingly dependent (professionally and personally).
After some readings about AI (Artificial Intelligence), I found a new professional position which is starting to grow, called “AI Translator”.
If we initially try to understand the position name, easily we imagine can be someone who needs to translate something right?
Correct! The “AI Translator” is the bridge between the Business world and Tech World, this person will establish the communication and understanding, once we as I.T Professionals knows how big and hard is the understanding between the parties.
This person must have:
- Good knowledge in Data Science.
- Big knowledge in Business Management.
- Solver Problems skill with innovation and creativity.
In Portuguese:
Plus the complexity between these two distinct worlds, plus the fast growing of AI, plus the incredible and diversified solutions coverage this tech is bringing to our life, and we will understand how important this person will be to work with cases and transform in solutions.
The best analogy I can imagine is with our Functional Consultants Professionals, for who already worked in a ERP Rollout/Management job, knows this professional needs to have strong understanding about his company department and transform critical cases in solutions using ERP, the “AI Translator” needs to do the same, but in a less granularity level, every looking for solutions in a bigger diversified problematic scenario, as the AI arrived to attend all industry types.

A tecnologia cresce a cada dia e com isso encontramos quase que semanalmente novidades a respeito desse mundo tão vasto no qual somos cada vez mais dependentes (pessoalmente e profissionalmente).
Após algumas leituras de textos sobre AI (Artificial Intelligence) me deparei com uma nova função profissional que está começando a ser disseminada, chamada de “AI Translator”.
Se inicialmente tentarmos compreender o nome da função, facilmente imaginaremos que possa ser alguém que vá traduzir alguma linguagem certo?
Correto! O “AI Translator” é a ponte entre o mundo de negócios com o mundo tecnológico, essa pessoa será a que linguisticamente conseguirá estabilizar a comunicação e entendimento uma vez que todos nós profissionais de T.I sabemos da vastidão e a dificuldade (que ainda existe nos dias de hoje) de compreensão entre as duas partes.
Essa pessoa deverá ter:
- Uma boa base de ciência de dados.
- Forte conhecimento em administração de negócios.
- Habilidades em resolver problemas com inovação e criatividade.

Some a complexidade desses dois mundos distintos, mais a ascensão rápida do AI, mais a incrível e diversificada cobertura de soluções que essa tecnologia está começando a trazer para nossas vidas, e pronto, necessitaremos de uma ponte que consiga entender o cenário, e transformá-lo em solução.
A maior analogia que consigo imaginar é com nossos profissionais Funcionais (Functional Consultant), para quem já trabalhou na construção/administração de um ERP, sabe que esse tipo de profissional precisa compreender e muito do departamento de sua empresa e transformar o entendimento em soluções com o uso da tecnologia, o “AI Translator” deverá fazer o mesmo, mas com uma abordagem menos granular que um departamento, buscando sempre a solução de um cenário problemático muito mais diversificado já que o AI chegou para atender a todas as indústrias.
