Pomodoro; a technique which can help you to set a timer and complete that task in given time. It will definitely help you to change your habit. Set a task and timer for 25 minutes. After every 25 minutes take a short break for 3–4 minutes. This will help you to develop your focus.

I always adopted this technique but didn’t knew the name of this technique. Recently, i did this technique to complete my project work, house chores and one assignment. During 25 minutes, nothing distracted me as i am used to this activity. After taking break you feel fresh and more motivated to complete your task. It was not a hard activity, but fun. I learned from this activity how not to think of other unimportant thing while doing you precious work. I will always use this activity to become active and focused as much as I can.
