I don’t live in the US so don’t know who Kimbal is but we do have a steakhouse by Wolfgang here in Dubai- and from the little I know about the food industry, he is a reputable figure. Are you sure there isn’t more to this story? Because it sounds a bit odd for someone of Wolfgang’s reputation to just knock off Kimbal’s concept so blatantly.
