Marquinhos — Isn’t he cheap?

I have been tracking Marquinhos since the dividend increases were announced and having a look if he is cheap at his current price of £1.38. His high price was £1.54 on 18th October, he also started the season in August with a price in the low £1.50’s, his season low was £1.30 which was hit on 14th October. His price has seen 4.8% decline in the last week

So the recent big news is the 57% across the board dividend increase and we have seen dividend winners price increase to reflect this. So how does Marquinhos do in PB? Well using index gain (excellent FI stats and slack community for a very reasonable price) premium we can see that Marquinhos has a PB average of 130 for 19/20 season, a high of 199 and an all time PB average of 101.76 over 83 games.

If you look at his match stats he averages 60.54 accurate ppg and 9 clean sheets from 13. So if we have a closer look at his PB scores by looking at his PB base line score. Marquinhos has a base average of 109.28 and a bonus average of 17. So has he won any PB divs? Lets see?

He has won once in 19/20 and won 4 times in 18/19 which was a yield of 8.7%. He has the 23rd highest average PB score. Currently PSG are going through a bad spell and faith in the coach is wavering but they look like qualifying for the knockout stages in the Champions League and that increases his appeal. Marquinhos is 25 years old so has the chance of a move to a new club in the next 3 years. He has a history of winning PB and has won since the matrix change. He has finished in the top 3 defenders 3 times this season.

Marquinhos is the 7th highest dividend returning defender in the last two seasons and the 17th most expensive. I think he is worth putting on the watchlist at least.
