View all invites you create

We’ve made it easier than ever to manage invites for other employees. When you create an invite on behalf of someone else, it now appears in your invites list — meaning all the invites you manage are only a click away.

Plus, it’s simple to see who’s inviting visitors on your behalf. Just open the invite, and at the bottom you’ll see a new “invited by” area. This area displays the name of the team member who created the invite on your behalf. Learn more about managing invites.

Employee directory export

Easily export a CSV of employee records from your directory at any time. Why might you want to export employees? Here are a few examples:

Device management

Envoy device management now allows you to manage your iPads from the web dashboard. Simply type in the device code when prompted, you’ll see at-a-glance which iPads are connected to each location. Plus, you can even check to see if any iPads are offline or if they require iOS or Envoy app updates. Learn more.

If your company has custom fields to collect information from your visitors, you can now answer these sign-in questions on their behalf when you complete the pre-registration form.

Let’s dive deeper: To create a pre-registration, Envoy must “know” a few things:

  • Visitor’s name
  • Visitor’s email address
  • Expected arrival time
  • Visitor’s purpose of visit
  • Host’s name

Your company might also ask visitors for their company name, address, phone number, or any other question at all. Now, you can pre-fill the answers to those custom questions right in the pre-registration form.
