I hope your girls are better equipped for “mate selection” when their time comes, and that they’re NOT just choosing someone who represents to them the Dad they never had.

There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for them and helping their dad emotionally grow up, even if it unpleasant for me, seems like a small price to pay to improve their ability to perform better at mate selection than I did.
