Diversity in tech companies continue to be an issue. Not having people across departments from board rooms, to executive positions to tech is a large mental health issues in the minds of minorities, seeming themselves in the workplace and applying for those jobs. The first thing I do when seeking a tech job is look at their board of directors. Many are just white men with one white women for good measure. We still have a long way to go regarding equal hiring practices. Thank you for your article. We have to continue to talk about these issues in media and society.
