WHY WE RELOCATED TO BLOOMINGTON
The Atrium location, at 2626 82nd St. E, Bloomington, MN offers a unique position for us at Kpahi. Being a block away from Mall of America is a great place to take clients out to lunch if needed, along with close proximity to MSP International Airport. Additionally, we are no more than 15–30 minutes away from our local clients. We’ll still be more than happy to jump on a plane for our out of state clients as well.
Additionally, we are located 1 block west of the Blue Line Station in Bloomington, allowing us the opportunity to pull talent from our surrounding areas, being a train ride away. With explosive growth in the area, we are excited to be in the center of activity.
Being a Google partner, we will also have the opportunity to provide Google hosted presentations. As far as we know, we are the only Google partner in Bloomington AND Minnesota that brings Google in to provide insight into how to grow digitally. What we mean by the previous statement, is that other marketing companies may bring Google to the table, but we bring in an engineer to get granular regarding how to rank. Is your current marketing company doing that for you? Probably not! They do this for Kpahi, as they know we are practicing extremely sound techniques regarding every aspect of what we do. We pass our expertise on to every ounce of our work.

KPAHI’S DIFFERENTIATORS
What makes us different than our competitors is actually quite simple. We offer the backend continuity for clients. Can we build a website? Sure, we’ve built a handful of them, however we have partnered with Element 502, out of Louisville, KY to handle our web builds. This allows us to focus on the meat and potatoes of creating marketing success for clients. We chose Element 502 for a few reasons:
- They are amazing at what they do. Truly a leader in their market vertical of web design, we just can’t reproduce work that is better than what they do with their eyes closed. They work with clients such as Papa John’s, Panasonic, along with small and medium sized businesses to provide a visually appealing digital presence.
- They must be expensive, right? Not at all. We’ve found their pricing platforms to be half of what we would get from Minnesota web design firms. Their pricing is lower because of their cost of living in Kentucky, and because they are so great at what they do, they get the job done in a fraction of the time of their competitors.
Next, we need to focus on how we grow companies’ digital presence. Creating singular messaging is always our goal at Kpahi. We create a sound marketing platform, focusing on rich keyword presence, allowing a consistent engagement with visitors. We work very hard to ensure our clients are seen first (organically), seen often, seen repeatedly (retargeting), and most importantly visitors are offered content which is engaging enough for a transition from awareness to consideration to decision. We do this through using 2 main focuses:
- Using a platform funnel of Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Delight. Engaging content and presence which focuses on all four engagement areas.
- Implementation of what we call the 3W’s. What is it?, What does it mean?, and What does it mean to me? (the visitor). Through answering the 3W’s, we are able to engage effectively, providing significant business capture.

WHERE KPAHI IS HEADING
Our immediate future involves hiring a salesperson. Our hybrid sales position is both lucrative and intense. Our salesperson will be in charge of their team, consisting of an account manager, graphic designer, marketing automation specialist, and any other position they need to be successful. Offering a lucrative base salary guarantee, our salesperson will also be rewarded with a 5% commission on all new business for the length of contract, meaning a 1 year contract of $2,000/mo will pay them a commission of $1,200 over the course of the contract. Knowing our salesperson is the lifeblood of our company, we do not limit commissions, ever.
Another differentiator of Kpahi, in comparison to our competitors, is our big hearts. What we mean by this is how we reward success internally. We do this two ways:
- We offer our employees a 10% bonus, paid quarterly, on our net profits. We feel that by rewarding our employees for being diligent in their positions is very important to the health of our business.
- Every quarter, we donate 5% of our net profits to charities involving children, in our employee’s name. Each team member chooses their own child based charity for donation. We feel strongly that there are many displaced children in our country, and we feel great giving back.
