Breaking the Cycle of Frustration

Happens with me a lot. I have learned over time that the trouble is actually “how things should happen” part, mostly because I do not consider the nature of “things” when deciding that and partly because I forget that I have no control over most of the “things” involved.

So I try telling myself, “This is what i want to do and this is how I want to do it and if reality doesn’t like this plan, I will go the reality way.” This works most of the time. On other times, ego takes things in hands and so far, I have not been able to figure out how to not let that happen.

Hope to figure that out soon!
