Reading to your baby!

I am not a parent, hell I am not even close. But, I love kids. We have a kid in our office, and I mean literally. Some perks of working in a start up — a kid and pets. Pretty wholesome, don’t you think?

Anyway, I am drifting!

The point that I wanted to make is — if you’re a parent then read to your baby/kid (till of course they can read themselves). It’s never too early to do this — they might not talk, or for some, talk gibberish, but they understand.

Well, the thing is kids are super perceptive. And this unbelievably genius kid who drops in on us in our office speaks and understand much more than a lot of kids in her circle (yes, she has a circle :P). And that’s because she has a collection of ‘boo’ that she obsesses over. She is just 1 by the way.
