Positivism kills Negativity.

When I was a kid the life was beautiful, No worries, No Sadness just had hope in heart that, I can do everything and without any fear. I attempted it in excellent manner. Because there is no place for negative thought and there is no house of fear in my heart. I’m expecting the same thing that every childhood was same, Because every one has it on extreme level of efforts.

So, Continue with the story of my life. Every one have some bad time experiences. Likewise same, I was experienced in my life.when I was completed my Diploma of Associate (Intermediate in Mechanical Technology). I was ready for getting admission in U.E.T. But Unfortunately I was failed due to my lack of attention towards the preparation and I was hurt a lot I consider that, this was my worst time and Later on, the things gone in more bad order everything was not in my favor even at the same year of 2014, I was rejected from Army due to some fitness issues. I was blaming to my family, my friends and even my loved one that they were responsible for my failures and I consider this was a negative thought of my life. When i was blamed others for my failure. But, At that time i don’t know Mr. Shawn Achor and I didn’t hear about him and thanks to amal academy to help me to familiar with this personality. After Listening his Ted Talk. I realized that at the time of my failures i can used his trick to make me happy. Before tell you that what i was practiced in my life, I want to share Mr. Shawn Achor tips.

  1. Bring gratitude to mind. (Three things that you’re great full for each day).
  2. Journaling
  3. Exercise
  4. Meditation
  5. Random Act of kindness.

So, What i was doing when i was suffered from terrible times or may be called a worst time of my life.When i see no hope in my life. Everything seems to be more darker. But there is one thing which make me feel better and it was start exercising. I decided to run at least 2 km per day for the cardio and it takes 20 minutes. When i was started its hard for me but due to regular efforts i made it into my routine and its changes my mind after this, I see a change in me like I try hard for everything not blamed other and It makes me happier. Even though i had no intention of success but i just want to do that because it gives me happiness.

exercise helps to stay positive.

After experiencing the exercise. I try to go with some extra mile so for that what i was doing. I tried to talk with my friends and family members and paying gratitude them. Because, I realized that what i was faced in my life was not because of them but because of my negative mind set and they become happy and after that, I was trying others to help them in their difficult times so, might be they can handle the situation and for that, I was trying to give them positive answers to make them comfortable so they’re able to understand how to solved them. At that time, I didn’t know what i was doing but today, I thought that they were might be the “Act of Kindness”.

The Story is not end here, After some time i was started to listen Public speakers and one of my most favorite Speaker is “Sandeep Maheshwari” CEO of images bazaar. In one of his session, he defined the way of meditation so, inspired from him, I try to start mediation and no doubt, its makes me more calm and i feel that there i was free from any stress.

As a result, If i conclude it into main idea that life is Undetectable. You don’t the next moment of your life but try to make your moment beneficial for you by giving time to yourself like exercise daily, mediate daily and its a famous quote that “Healthy body sounds healthy mind”. Healthy mind leads positivism and positivism leads happiness and happiness leads Success.

POSITIVE MIND = Happiness + Success.
