Hello people!!

Before we start…

So here’s a question for you guys.. Where do you see yourself in 4 to 5 years?

Take some time to think about it.

I should start now. Some deep talks from now. Where are we heading in our career life?

Some would say their studies or degrees would make them capable of tackling the market or get into their profession in a good place or say a good job maybe. Is it enough?

If it is; don’t read ahead.

1. For the people who will fetch a job

You are going to work for some firm or mnc’s and going to nurture your near future for a living. You will get the best experience in your life right from leaving the college to joining a job working for it, completing the targets set, explaining seminars, getting bonus, getting paid leaves, mediclaims, owning a car, owning a flat or many thing you may have dreamt of. But is that really enough? 9 to 5 ?

Ask yourself.

If your anwer is NO keep reading.

2. For the people in profession

They are the most committed people. They work very hard right from studying to chasing their career. They tend to be the very successful ones right from the start. They are marathon horses. I personally respect them. They have seen dark times. They have faced rejections. To them improving is the key to success. I cant write much about them but the ones who are in any profession gets uber respect once they reach some level.

3. For the business people

The most challenging field. You face very hard criticism right from the start.

I will tell you one short story of mine. When i was very new in my business i got a very bad customer feedback. Got complains, criticism right on my face, like a shawn micheal’s sweet chin. I went back home cried, and didn’t attend my shop for 15 straight days. What i am today? The same. But have enough experience to tackle my emotions. That ‘sweet chin’ reminds me that i will have to improve at any cost.

Sigh!

The challenges you face here are mental. It will tear you apart bend you right on your knees and you will feel like quitting every time. But what keeps you going?

That one day; that one goddamn day you will prove everyone wrong. Remember the line from Atal Bihari Vajpayee ‘sooraj niklenga, kamal khilenga’

i dont need to mention kamal bohot khil chuka hai.

The journey here takes time.

For the record; i ain’t a BJP fan but they have the most dedicated workers out there.

……..

Back to the topic…

It teaches you.

It makes you go through smaller challenges like the side missions in SAN ANDREAS.

It teaches you patience.

It uncovers the masks of YOUR people.

You meet new people. The good ones and the bad ones.

One golden rule in business — ‘ You Have People You Have Money’

Never keep grudges for not working with someone for an unsatisfactory past experience. You never know when they will be helpful for you.

………

I think many of you might reach till here.

You know you won’t date yourself with business for short term goals. So i keep it up to you what you want to achieve. Because everything is possible here.

So,

Where do YOU see yourself….

…. right now?

The best time to start is NOW.

Thanks for your precious time.
